The master bedroom highlights a King size bed with an in suite master bathroom with walk-in closet, the second bedroom features 2 cozy full size beds. The upstairs loft (set up as a third bedroom) has 2 luxurious queen size beds!Guest accessGuests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities this home and community has to offer! Enjoy a dip in the community pool or get your workout and yoga complete with the full access gym!Other things to note*Please note: third bedroom is an upstairs converted loft*Guest are welcome to use the community amenities: pool, spa, workout rooms – please note community hours posted within the gates and clubhouseKey fob will open the Clubhouse door during stated hours; Key fob can also be used to open two side gates after hours to access the pool/spa and BBQ area from 6am-10pm. The pool is heated. Turn to desired amount of time, then light the burner from the firepit itself. It will turn off automatically. Please turn off when unattended to help save on natural gas.The BBQ is not on a timer. Please remember to turn off the grill to prevent fire.The pedestrian gate code at the Signature entrance is 1234#. There is also a gate at the south end of the community closest to Ernie’s Restaurant and the Tournament Clubhouse.Ernie’s Restaurant at the Tournament clubhouse is open daily from 6am-8pm for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
