★ MESSAGE US FOR A LONG-TERM SPECIAL! ★Relax at our beautifully updated, peaceful, ground-floor condo!Located in Northern Phoenix 20 minutes from the airport, surrounded by mountains, pools, and hot tubs. You’ll love be encapsulated by nature and beauty in the Pointe Tapatio condo complex. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably sleep 4 people with plenty of space to separate and gather whether inside the living room or on the private patio.For stays longer than 29 days, please message us as we would love to accommodate you.- No Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.- No Mailing Packages: Do NOT send or receive packages at the property.- No Excessive Guests: Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.- Report Damages: If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.- No Parties: No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM – 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.- Noise & Security: Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.- Excessive Cleaning: $100 fee if the property is left with excessive trash.- Keep Doors Closed: Refunds won’t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property.
