Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee with prior approval.5. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.6. Packages or mail deliveries are not accepted at the property.7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside. A cleaning fee of up to $1350 will be charged for any detected smoking (cigarettes, vape, marijuana).8. The use of narcotics is strictly prohibited.9. The host is not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay.10. Please be mindful of energy usage by turning off lights and closing windows, doors, and blinds when not in use.11. Parties or events are not allowed on the premises. Groups of 6 or more guests must inquire before making an instant booking.15. Local guests must request approval before booking.16. Unauthorized overstays beyond the check-out time will incur fees.17.
