Enjoy the peaceful environment while being close to all the fun stuff L.A. has to offer.NOTE: Home is 2 main streets from trendy Ventura Blvd and very freeway on/offramp close – compare to other listings that are further north… being south is preferable in this neighborhood.King bed in front master, Queen bed in pool-view back, and Queen Plus in convertible den (American Leather Sleeper Sofa with no bar in the middle) with privacy doors.Great local neighborhood for walking.
