Great location in beautiful Rockport. The house is a ten minute walk into town – Bearskin Neck shopping, art galleries, restaurants and the Shalin Liu Performance Center. Also a short drive to some of the Cape Ann’s best beaches.***PLEASE NOTE the stairs are original and a bit steeper then average. The house is not suitable for small children or people who have knee challenges.This family home was built in 1876 and is lovingly maintained. The family is related to Richard Tarr one of the first settlers in Rockport. Quaint, charming, sunny and cozy. There are special touches like the hand painted murals from the 1940’s that make the house uniquely inviting. There is a lovely garden and patio for outdoor dining.This house has three bedrooms- the spacious master with one queen, a second small bedroom with two twins and a tiny bedroom on the ground floor with a single. The driveway serves two cars with additional street parking available.
