The living room has a 55″ 4k TV. Yale Keyless Smart lock for easy entry and exit. This villa is a .24 mile walk to beach access at boardwalk #22. A great view for a great vacation!This is a non-smoking property that includes parking adjacent to the building, 24-hour security, air conditioning, internet, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, starter supply of paper towels, clean bath towels, a hand towel and a face towel (x4) as well as a starter pack of toilet paper! There are 4 beach chairs along with a portable cooler and a Bluetooth speaker that are available to all guests which make the transition from home to relaxation just a little easier.Other things to note:***During high volume seasons, late check outs and early check in’s are unavailable**** If you plan to use the washer and dryer, detergent pods will not be provided therefore be prepared to bring this item*One of the beauties of Kiawah is the natural and abundance of wildlife on the island.
