This adorable Summer Towne Cottage is located directly next door to Pier Park. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Enjoy a beautiful gulf view from the upper floor. Make sure you check out the video!We own cottage 13 next door. Both cottages rented together accommodate up to 12. Master bedroom has television & dvd player.Living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and half bath are located upstairs. The sectional sofa converts to a large a queen sleeper. 55″ television, dvd player, Xfinity wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils needed for cooking meals.Beach is a very short walk directly across the street to Beach Access 60. Private secluded beach area near homes not high-rises.All pets considered. Very dog friendly area. Please submit description (age, breed, size, etc.) for pet approval. A non-refundable $195 pet deposit required.Located less than 150 feet from the only dog friendly beach in the county! Dog Beach begins at Beach Access 56 and heads west towards Beach Access 60.No crowds, no waiting on elevators, come and go with ease!!!Park your car in the private driveway and you won’t need it again until you depart. You can walk everywhere you need to go or better yet bring your bicycles! Vehicles may not park in the grass.
