Master bedroom has cable television & dvd player. Second bedroom has cable television.Living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and half bath are located upstairs. The sofa is a queen sleeper. 55″ television, dvd player, Xfinity wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped with all items needed for cooking meals.Beach Access is a very short walk directly across the street. Enjoy a private secluded beach area near homes not high-rises. Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, and misc beach supplies are available for your convenience.All pets considered. Very dog friendly area. Please submit description (age, breed, size, etc.) for pet approval. A non-refundable $195 pet deposit required. Located less than 150 feet from the only dog friendly beach in the county!No crowds, no waiting on elevators, park in your own driveway to come and go with ease!!!Walk friendly area!
