The common area features a sleeper sofa for 2 as well, sleeping 6 total in the unit. This unit features ALL NEW furniture, paint, quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. A 70-inch tv in the living area & 55-inch tv’s in each bedroom!BBQ grills located on the 3rd floor parking deck landing.Condo complex is no smoking on the balcony, there’s a dedicated smoking area near the BBQ grill complex space.The owner provides renters with FREE use of a 2 person beach cabana chair with a rental. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay)Sterling Reef is located just minutes from the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a short drive to Pier Park and some of PCB’s best restaurants like Firefly, Saltwater Grill, American Charlie, Pineapple Willy’s, and numerous others. The county pier is just a 2 minute walk.You get up to 2 parking passes and 6 Resort bands with your rental payment.NOTE: THE POOL DECK has been re opened after construction
