This 1 bed, 1 bath studio comes with top-of-the-line furnishings, a small shared dipping pool with a waterfall feature, and spacious outdoor area to spend your days in the Florida sun.The Space:Pilar Cottage, named after the historic boat of Ernest Hemingway who frequented Key West, comes equipped with a super comfy Queen bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a full-size futon style sleeper sofa. The studio offers large flat screen Smart TV, bedside lighting with charging outlets, full length mirror, ceiling fan and Keurig Coffee maker with complimentary coffee supplies.The spacious and eloquently designed bathroom boasts tasteful decor and offers a granite vanity and walk-in shower. This property does not have a full kitchen, however, it does offer a mini fridge, microwave, & Keurig.Guest Access:Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.Shared features: Small shared dipping pool, deck and lounge spaces.The Neighborhood:Located right in the heart of the Historic Seaport District, you are within walking distance to popular bars and restaurants such as Conch Republic Bar & Grille, Kermit’s Keylime Shoppe, Schooner Wharf, Dante’s Pool Bar, Halfshell Rawbar, A&B Lobster House, and Waterfront Brewery. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!Other Things to Note:- Rent this property along with the rest of Harborwalk Hideaways to accommodate up to 14 guests.- There is no on-site laundry at this propertyPets are welcome, but please let us know if you are planning to bring your furry friend(s). Please note that we do have a couple of requirements in place to keep our properties in tip-top shape.1) Pets are to be no more than 40lbs.2) We will add an additional $15 per night, per pet to your tab.3) We have a two pet maximum.
