Pilgrims Paradise West Haven | Pool & SpaPilgrims Paradise West Haven is an “Award Winning” luxury vacation rental close to Disney in a quiet gated community, this expansive 4BR/4BA home features two living areas, two huge master suites, and a Harry Potter Themed Games Room complete with 8ft slate pool table.The screened lanai offers alfresco dining, optional heated pool and spa with nature reserve behind so no rear neighbors.Guests have access to the community pool, tennis, volleyball, clubhouse and a fitness center.NO Parties or Over Occupancy allowed at premises – guests will be evicted without refund.No fireworks or noise violations – if local Sheriff called to premises you may be asked to leave and your booking cancelled without a refund.Strictly no pets or service animals allowed on the premises due to severe allergy by the owner.Guests MUST be over 25yrs to book the villaA photo ID of lead guest and list of all guests staying MUST be submitted for booking with ages if they are under 21yrsTerms & Conditions (STRA) must be signed before arrivalThere are security cameras around the villa for the safety of our property & our guests, however we DO NOT have any that are inside the villa or that overlook the pool area for the privacy of our guests. This video footage is not shared publicly and is only recorded for liability reasons in case of break-in, death, injury, pet or over occupancy violations and in no way infringes upon guest expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
