Brand new built 2024 house 5 bedroom 4 baths. GORGEOUS private and wooded setting tucked up on a ridge just outside of town. There is NOTHING more beautiful than Benzie Skies !1-2 miles from Crystal Lake 1 mile from Frankfort and 14 minutes to Crystal Mt Resort. We are the gateway to Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is one of 3 new build properties that we have available – so we have excellent options to accommodate from large to extra large groups.Close to everything but lots of privacy- Watch the sunset through the filtered Pines or jump in your car and be a t Lake Michigan in 2 minutes- you can see a sliver of the big lake from our front driveway looking west through the Famous Frankfort Gateway sign ! Walking through the forest last Spring at the end of mushroom season we found 2 huge morel mushrooms so we are hoping to be able to find more this Spring. we have begun creating trails into the woods so go ahead and explore….you might find moss covered rocks stacked mysteriously stacked in mounds with ……what could they be ? Who stacked them in this manner a long time ago…,,if you love exploring this is the place for you and your group !
