Enjoy the pool and hot tub in your own private tropical oasis backyard while being only 5 miles to two world renowned white sand beaches including Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach. Several restaurants, grocery and shopping are less than a half mile walk on the paved trail that runs along the East side of the house. The house has a beautiful resort like private backyard w large SOUTH facing solar heated pool (approx 24′ x 17′), a hot tub, and gas fire pit in a fenced yard which is surrounded by lush palm trees. The serene backyard is perfect for lounging all day and cooking dinner on the Weber gas grill or walking to dinner. Kitchen is nicely stocked including Vitamix blender, pots and pans, mixer, dishes, etc. House has 3 bed and 2 baths which sleeps 8. The primary bedroom has a king and ensuite bath with walk in shower. One of the secondary bedrooms has a queen bed and the other a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. The secondary bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub. The garage has a second refrigerator, pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, cart and umbrellas.***Location location location…Best of both worlds- close to beaches, walkable to local restaurants and a few miles from famous downtown Sarasota restaurants, shopping and nightlife.Only 5 miles to the large SIESTA KEY BEACH parking lot and 6 miles to LIDO KEY BEACH. Both beaches have large public parking lots and a concessions stand with good hot food and refreshing frozen drinks (including alcoholic). Siesta Key Beach’s sand is 99% quartz, which makes it white and powder soft. Siesta Key has two lively areas for dining….. The Siesta Key village and an another area by the South bridge.Grab your FISHING pole and head to the water, just 1.3 miles to the Siesta Dr – north bridge for fishing.DOWNTOWN is 2 1/2 miles away with restaurants, arts, shopping, Whole Foods and farmers market. Downtown has too many restaurants to name such as: Marina Jack’s, O’Leary Tiki Bar and grill, Owen’s Fish Camp, too many to name but a fun area to walk around and dine. Theater and arts are big in Sarasota. Check out the local theater events and shows. You can also take sightseeing boat cruises from the marina.LIDO KEY is just a couple miles from downtown. It is an exciting spot with lots to do including kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in the mangroves, hang out at Lido beach or stroll around the restaurants and stores of St Armands Circle.The Pineapple house Sarasota has a walking/biking trail that runs on the East side of the house. This updated clean house has a large private pool (approx 25’x17′) in a large fenced yard with hot-tub and fire pit. The serene back yard is perfect for lounging all day or cooking dinner on the gas grill.. Less than 1 mile drive (only .4 mile walk) to Crossing at Siesta Key Mall which a CineBistro dinner movie theater. Close to downtown shopping and dining.Pool is solar heated which has some limitations, it can only heat about 7-10 degrees. The pool and solar panels are south facing. The hot tub is stand alone and can be heated to your desired temperature. My main focus is a clean rental. I have all linens – sheets, quilts, blanket, throw rugs cleaned between guests in an offsite industrial cleaner.
