Our goal is for you to not only make yourself at home, but to truly feel at home and at peace while staying here in OCC!Similar to a hotel room, we rent out the master bedroom/bathroom unit which is on the other end of the house, completely separate with its own private entrance, and keyless entry to the shared laundry room, which is the only shared area.The Neighborhood:Our home is nestled just on the north end of Old Colorado City, easily accessible from Colorado Ave or Uintah Ave! It’s charming! It’s peaceful! It’s just the kind of place you want to stay because no matter what direction, nothing takes too long to get to!Getting Around:There is parking for 2 cars in the front of the house.Other Things to Note:For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
