Pink Palm is one of the most impressive vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island! The home is located just a half a block away from one of the island’s most sought after beaches, Magnolia Beach. You will be walking distance to some of AMI’s favorite dining spots, including The Porch, Ginny & Jane E’s, Harry’s Grill, Mademoiselle Paris and The Sandbar, where you can dine with your toes in the sand!.The home is situated on beautiful grounds on an exclusive residential street with a heated pool and hot tub. There is gorgeous new outdoor furniture to relax on by the pool and all 4 balconies. What a view from the top!!The main floor has a master bedroom with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is a separate kid’s dining room stocked with games and books. The upper floor has 5 bedrooms and a separate room with seating and a tv. Bring your DVD’s and video games!There are 6 bedrooms upgraded with new mattresses in Fall 2021. Come enjoy Paradise at the Pink Palm!!PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.”You are vacationing in a residential area.
