Plantation House by Destination Kauai – Poipu Beach Estates, Central A/C, 3BDE Komo Mai, Welcome to “Plantation House In Poipu Beach Estates”From the moment you enter The Plantation House in Poipu Beach Estates you will experience Hawaiian living at its best. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with an open dining and living floor plan. This new and modern vacation rental is uniquely decorated with style, comfort and relaxation in mind. This house has central air conditioning throughout, an outdoor shower, gas BBQ grill, and indoor washer & dryer for your convenience. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main floor has a common guest half bathroom and two guest bedrooms – one with king bed/tv and one with queen bed, each with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king size bed/tv and ensuite bathroom. There is also a futon available if needed.The Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership is included and is only about 1/2 mile. There you will find a pool with a waterslide & waterfalls, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, cardio & weight rooms, basketball & shuffleboard. Enjoy food & drinks at the Cabana Bar & Grill, or take a fitness class (additional costs).CHECK-IN: 4:00pm / CHECK-OUT: 10:00amPLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance.
