You’ll follow a winding private road to this Platte River get away and discover a secluded three bedroom 1400 sq ft, ranch style home that features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy gas fireplace/stove in the living room. The main bath is centrally located near all of the bedrooms and the 1/2 bath is a walk thru between the master bedroom and the kitchen area.With a combination of large windows and closeness to the river you can actually see trout and salmon swimming from the living room. There is a small footbridge across the river that leads to over 100 acres of wooded state land that is yours to explore.Imagine yourself lounging on the covered porch or in the screened room taking in the sights and sounds of the river.
