The three-story home includes four bedrooms and four baths, accommodating up to 12 visitors.Your vacation starts as soon as you step foot on the property of this home, which boasts exterior walls the color of sand at sunset, columned verandas, and regal archways. The elegance continues into the arched entry and throughout the open living area on the first floor, where soaring ceilings and bright colors create an inviting ambiance. In the living room, a comfortable wraparound couch faces a coffee- toned entertainment center. Coastal knickknacks decorate the shelves. Lightly toned flooring flows from the living room, through a set of stately columns, and into a large kitchen. The kitchen has handsome cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, mottled granite countertops, an island with two chairs, and a sidebar with additional seating. A formal dining area sits beside the kitchen bar, featuring a hardwood table, six chairs, and a vintage chandelier. Glass doors lead from the dining room into a private yard with a pool and patio. A grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set adorn the patio, and the pool is perfect for an afternoon dip.From the living room, ascend the open staircase with decorative railing to the second level to find cozy sleeping accommodations. A brightly lit den includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV. One room serves as a master suite and has a king-size bed, TV, private bath, and access to a breezy balcony through a set of large glass doors. Another room includes a queen-size bed, as well as a romantic balcony with two plush stools and a small table. The third room on this level has two twin bunks and a TV, a great spot for the kids to sleep and play. Upstairs, the main master suite dominates the third floor. It boasts a king-size bed, balcony with shimmering Gulf views, and a luxury bath with double vanities, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.This beautiful home is conveniently located in Blue Mountain Beach, which places guests nearby a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach on 30A. The Blue Mable Smokehouse is a relaxed spot for dinner, while Blue Mountain Creamery offers yummy ice cream for dessert.
