No expense was spared, materials and finishes include: imported European White Oak floors, a Polyform style kitchen with honed Calcutta Gold Vein Super Extra, Anodized black European fixtures, custom White-Riff-Cut doors and cabinetry throughout, Miele appliances, pool, BBQ and direct access to Carbon BeachThe Space:STR21-0149 (License #)IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing. Guests are seconds away from the sand.Steps away from Nobu and SoHo House and seconds from the sand. You can walk to surfrider beach and the Malibu Pier. Walk to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday.Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.Getting Around:We recommend using Uber or a rental car. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distanceOther Things to Note:Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The ‘Reservation fee’ is our non-refundable credit card processing fee.To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department – $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we’ll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We’re not responsible for lost mail.5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.7) Day of Arrival:Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.8) Check-In:We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Our early check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.Check Out:Our check-out time is 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.10) Pre Stocking:We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.11) Pool: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don’t dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. The pool cannot be heated.12) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.Cleanliness:We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don’t. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome.
