Five minute walk to Shul.Interior Space 5555 SQFTClose to Miami Beach, Brickell, Everywhere. We also have sister properties, a 5, 6 and 8 bedroom available for 3 night to 1 week stays. Please ask if our calendar is showing booked!No parties, No DJs, No loud music.Max 4 cars in driveway, no revving engines.Quiet Hours 10pm – 9am.Breaking these rules is grounds to be removed from property without refund.Reasons for forfeiture of security deposit:-Smoking in the house-Exceeding 20 people at any time without prior written consent-DJ and/or external sound not already on the propertyFees:-Moving furniture $500 per room
