You will have less than a 5 minute golf cart ride, which is provided by Beaufort Carts, to the Cabana Club with its playground and pool, the Ocean Creek Club house, the Marina and store, Davis Love Park, the Fripp Resort area and the best beach accesses on the Island.The large primary bedroom located on the second floor has a King bed, its own on-suite bathroom, smart TV and walkout balcony. The second and third bedrooms come with 2 Queen beds. They both have their own on-suite bathroom, smart TVs, and a walk-out porch. So, as you can see this home will accommodate 10 people comfortably. The living space is an open concept with coastal decor and very comfortable furniture.The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you may need to make your favorite meals. For our guests convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. As you walk out the front door onto the huge screened in porch you can sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. With a pond in the backyard you will be able to see the egrets nest in the trees, deer getting a drink, turtles and alligators basking in the sun. You can also rinse off in the outdoor shower area.And, just so your pet does not feel left out, we are pet friendly. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.So bring the whole family.
