Two natural sandy beaches, a 2 slip boathouse and two 60ft docks with deep water.As one of the original homes on the lake, this property offers the best of both worlds, modern updates and old world charm. Originally built is 1852, the house has been renovated over the years to it’s current size. Located on the quite side of Lake Winnipesaukee with a 360 degree view of sunsets and sunrises.Fully appointed kitchen, six bedrooms all with queen beds. Indoor and outdoor bathroom/shower. Laundry and outdoor kitchen are just a few of the amenities.Outdoor activities include an 8×10 raft, bocce court, and a custom-built beer pong table.Several areas for outdoor dining include a flagstone patio and two large decks.Looking for a unique Wedding venue?
