Don’t settle for less. This home is designed and set up specifically as a Vacation Rental and is nicer than anything you will find in this price range. Please take a minute to read the reviews.This is a professionally-decorated former model home with all of the upgrades. From the cobblestone driveway to the resort-like back yard and pool (pool heat optional), this home leaves nothing to be desired. It is spacious with all of the finishings you would expect from the best the builder had to offer. There are 4 television sets, Blu Ray, surround sound throughout (including the patio), and stainless appliances. The living room looks out to the backyard and common area park. The bedrooms are well-appointed, all with walk in closets.I can take Visa and MasterCard.Mesa is a mecca of affordable golf with 22 courses within 20 miles that will suit players of all levels. Hiking is within 10 miles and the Mesa Market runs every Saturday and Sunday and has become an area attraction for locals and out-of-town visitors. This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood and the lot has only one neighbor as it backs up to the park and has a play ground literally next door. Additional pictures upon request.I have done my best to anticipate your every need. This home comes stocked with all of the essentials (coffee, soaps, spices, etc…). All you need is your clothes, toiletries, and meals. The rest is taken care of. A better-than-resort- experience that is a superior value and hassle-free.
