The private balcony overlooks a peaceful cove where you can relax with a great view. Included with the condo is use of the complex community areas!There are two spectacular restaurants located within the complex, Havana 33 and Eddie’s on Lake Norman, so once you arrive you won’t need to leave! Also located within the same complex is a spa, so your relaxing massage is only steps away.The condo complex features a beautiful tree-lined common area with a grill available for outdoor cooking and a pool which is available for our guests during the summer months. Please note these features are managed by the complex management company.** Please Note: Community pool is only available during pool season of May 1 – September 30.** This condo does NOT have a boat slip.
