A fee of $75 per additional guest per day will be charged if rule is not followed.The garage and area around the garage is private. Do not congregate around the garage, garage doors or park in front of the garage.No refunds due to weather. 4×4 highly recommended.Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am.No open fires, candles etc. allowed anywhere on the property.Close and lock all windows and doors when not in use.
