Summary:Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on Elk Ave. Across from the town tennis courts. Dog friendly!The Space:Terrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath stand alone home right in the heart of town on Elk Ave, within 1/2 a block to the free shuttle to the mountain, practically right across the street from the town tennis courts.As you walk into the house you will find a functional mudroom to put your boots, shoes and some of your gear. Walk through this space and you will enter a 2nd door. To the left is the living room and to the right is the kitchen. The very functional kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a dining nook. The living room has a pullout sofa and a flatscreen tv with Apple TV connected to it. While the pictures show a fireplace, it is no longer operational as the owner put in a boiler years ago for heat. The downstairs is all wood floors except for in the mudroom which is tile. There is a full bath on the first floor with full sized washer and dryer.You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a full futon. Guest room has 2 twin beds.There is a large deck overlooking a fenced in backyard. You will also find a gas grill on the deck year round. The free town shuttle stops right down the street at the Four Way Stop. This is a dog friendly property where 1 well behaved dog is allowed. Additional dog may be considered, please contact us to discuss. No cats allowed.The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.Town of Crested Butte vacation rental license # 001364Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.Guest Access:Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.The Neighborhood:Right next to the parking lot where you’d park and ride to the ski area. 1 block from the business district of the town of Crested Butte.Getting Around:Easy to walk or take a bus around the area.
