Fabulous, renovated home in North Chatham with a large yard and a lovely pool. The large front room is perfect for reading or watching TV, playing games or just hanging out. There are four bedrooms: a king bed, a queen, bunk beds and twin and 2 twins. There is also a sun room with a spectacular stained glass window separating it from the dining room. The large kitchen has a spot to eat in, and a spot to relax while some one cooks. The large yard and in-ground pool (not heated) with unenclosed outdoor shower are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, Gas barbecue, 6 TVs, Wifi and central air in the great room and on the second floor will keep you cool and comfortable. Dog friendly, ask your agent for details–$150 fee will apply. Also provided: a “Welcome Bag” with paper and cleaning products in a reusable tote compliments of the owner.
