This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time – please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes. Per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.A 30 minute drive to the south will take guests to historic downtown Durango, Colorado. This condominium is on the San Juan Scenic Skyway, which is an incredibly scenic driving loop that connects Durango, Mancos, Mesa Verde National Park, Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and Purgatory, as well as many fantastic trails for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and other Rocky Mountain adventures.Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least 30 nights, the cancellation policy above increases to 60 days prior to the arrival date.
