This is really convenient as beach parking can fill up quickly. Beach cart can carry beach items on your walk. For those who prefer, there is a parking lot near beach walkway and also a car drop off area for guests at beach entrance.This home features 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, and den. The pool has a large deck area for sunbathing as well as a covered deck for dining. Pool heat is included mid December through end of March. There is and extra charge for pool heat April -Dec. 20. Contact owner if you wish to add pool heat.Other amenities include, washer and dryer, 3 televisions all with wifi access, DVD player, wheeled picnic coolers, wheeled beach cart, beach chairs and toys, beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests are provided with starter supplies I.e. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. This is a beautiful home and was built in a wonderful community. Enjoy nice weather, walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and just relax. We also have baby crib, pac n play, and high chair in request.Our home is located a five to seven minute walk to the beach, restaurants, dine-in movie theater, ice cream shop, gift shop, mini-golf. It is about a 1 mile walk to the world famous Marriott Hotel.Reme Halo air filtering system added to air handler. Kills bacteria, viruses, and mold in the air and on surfaces.
