Our Lake Havasu Beauty has a large swimming pool, and two over-sized master suites with connected full baths. This home has over 1,500 square feet of living space, and has a split floor plan for privacy.In the spacious living room there is a queen-size sofa bed for expanded occupancy. The home sleeps six to eight people, and comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed and bath linens.There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area and at the breakfast bar. In the spacious living room there is an entertainment center with a large screen tv. Home has Direct TV, DVD player, WI-Fi, and local access telephone. Additional amenities include a radio and alarm clocks.Large covered patio area with outdoor seating for up to six people, and a propane barbecue for guests’ use.
