This large home features a beautiful 3 bedroom house plus an in-law suite perfect for extended family or nanny.The spacious master suite has king-size amenities and expansive views of the private pool and canal. The second bedroom boasts queen accommodations, while the third has 2 twin accommodations. The large, private, pool overlooks the canal and boat dock with waters to dock up to a 26′ vessel.Bird Key is the ideal location for those seeking an active lifestyle. Situated right on Sarasota Bay, it is centered between downtown Sarasota and St. Armand’s Circle. You get the best of both worlds – Bird Key is just a short distance to downtown Sarasota or head in the opposite direction to St. Armand’s Circle.Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets.Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details.*Please note, that the fireplace is decorative.**Bird Key has a $600 application fee. Non-refundable and due each year regardless of repeat rentals.
