We welcome you to stay in this casual, comfy, relaxing, sunny, andprofessionally managed home in the tropical paradise that is SWFL!The air-conditioned interior provides a pleasant getaway from thoseultra warm days in the Florida sun. (Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen).Our goal with this property is to make it a “home away from home”,and after perusing our many five-star reviews, we’ve accomplishedthat.This home will create the feeling of a vacation “for the ages”, and isenjoyable and safe for children of all ages, parents, grandparents, etc.We sincerely appreciate our first-time guests, and all those that havechosen to stay in our home multiple times.The foyer opens into a 1050 sq. ft. beautiful open concept “GreatRoom” including a fully stocked kitchen, reading nook, and easy accessto the lanai and pool. The floor plan allows easy “oversight” from thekitchen of all that’s happening around you.The large living area is furnished with 2 comfortable full-size couches, 2large power lift / reclining / swivel easy chairs, large screen TV, and sidetables.This exceptionally clean, quiet, updated, very well-appointed, andbeautiful home in a safe, pleasant, and quiet neighborhood provideseverything needed to ensure your comfort, and a daily walk in thisneighborhood is very relaxing.Compare this 1530 square foot home with others in the area, or withany of the many hotels that offer a 325 square foot room (on averageper SIRI, with unreasonable prices, lack of privacy, and questionablecleanliness) to understand the value we’ve offered our guests sinceJanuary of 2019.The expansive lanai, with a large ceiling fan, offers immediate shadeand comfort if the Florida sun becomes too challenging. The sizablepool, immediately off the lanai, uses a comfortably heated saltwatersystem, offering a refreshing swim without the distasteful chlorine aftereffect.An evening dip into the lighted pool is a welcome way to relax andunwind at days end, which may include an adult beverage (BYOB).SWFL offers more than 20 golf courses, diversified fishingopportunities, a wide variety of shopping, and many other activities,and is centrally located among several outstanding Florida beaches; oryou may just want a “get out of the cold and hang out at the pool”vacay.The large master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, largescreen TV, ceiling fan, dresser with 5 drawers, an awe-inspiring anddreamy ensuite with large, enclosed shower, double slipper soaker tubinside the shower enclosure to shower and bathe in comfort, doublesinks, and 2 lighted “Hollywood” mirrors (they’ll make you look like amovie star)!The home offers 2 guest bedrooms each with comfortable queen beds,large flat screen tv’s, and closets. One guest room offers direct slidingdoor access to the lanai and pool.The guest bathroom has a full shower, double sinks, and also 2individually lighted mirrors. Both showers have pebble floors toreinvigorate tired feet and “refresh the soul”.A couch with a lounger on the lanai, and sunbathing loungers on thepool deck, within the pool cage, allow for complete comfort and gentlyswoons you into a state of relaxed bliss.There’s a fresh water outdoor shower provided by the pool for a quickrinse prior to, and after a dip in the pool. Also provided is a child’ssecurity fence for the pool which affords child safety, and adult peaceof mind.A table with seating for four or more on the lanai allows for outdoordining, entertainment, games, etc. A convenient “pass through”window from the kitchen sink area to the lanai makes passing items inor out of the kitchen to and from the lanai very easy. A BBQ grill is alsoprovided on the lanai inside the pool cage.Morning coffee and breakfast at pool side provides a calming mentalrefresh, and the morning sun basks you in complete confidence that “itwill be yet another superlative day in paradise”.We take professional pride in providing a clean and comfortableenvironment for your enjoyment. The professional, experienced, andextremely efficient Property Manager, Don, assures families fromaround the world that you should expect, and you will have, anenjoyable and delightful stay.The garage houses 4 bicycles, including 2 adult trikes, a convenientbeach buggy, various pool /beach toys, etc., and a clean environment topark and protect your “wheels”.You can be confident in your decision to stay in this home whileunderstanding the great value of doing so!
