The yard is not shared, but the primary home is within 30 yards of this guesthouse, so it does neighbor it. The front home will also be rented, or this guesthouse and the primary home can be rented together as a compound.This two-story home with a one-car garage boasts two private bedrooms and a second-floor executive loft/open bedroom concept with a lounge area and work desk. The second bedroom is on the second floor and does not have doors; it will be somewhat open to the living space. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this guesthouse comfortably sleeps 6.POOL/HOT TUB: The home has a newly constructed pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for $80/day, and the hot tub for $35/day. Please let us know if you’d like them heated during your stay, and we’ll be sure they’re ready for you upon arrival.PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.PACKAGES: If you need to receive packages during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have them delivered to the property.
