There are also 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 room with a king bed/private bath, 1 room with a Queen bed, 1 room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks, and 1 room with 2 twin-over-full bunks) , three full bathrooms and a laundry room.The second floor is wide open and has a bright airy feeling. There is a large living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds and a twin bed lofted over it, and 2 with king beds/private baths facing the ocean) and 2 full shared bathrooms. The living area opens to a relaxing balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise, a glass of wine, dolphin watch or sunbathe.The first floor outdoor area features a new turf front “lawn” with giant chess, giant connect-4, and putting green! The back yard is fenced with private in-ground pool, hot tub, covered bar area, private beach access, and plenty of seating for catching some rays or a nap.
