Pool & Lake View Condo Near Golf CourseLocated in the heart of Myrtle Beach this beautiful 2BR/2BA condo is build around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, minutes from the beach and all main attractions.This new condo comes fully renovated, quiet, open-concept living area, modern and steps from the pool. Sleeps 5 with King bed in master suite, guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. 1 foldable single bed (available upon request) .Plenty of free parking. Incredible amenities include two public golf courses, a seasonal outdoor pool, grilling areas. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.Washer and dryer available in the unit.Free WiFi and basic cable, ROKU TV available.Sheets and linens provided.Towels are provided for showers only.This 2nd floor(elevator available) end unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.Access the pool with Pool Fobs (All Pool Fobs must be kept and returned before checking out. )There is a $100 charge for each lost or broken pool fob.Washer/dryer available in the unit.Parking is free.No Motorcycles, trailers, boat or camper parking.No mailbox for this location.Other things to note:Pool fobs are counted after each stay.NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)Bath towels are included ( must not leave unit)For your safety there will be one doorbell camera/exterior camera at the front door facing the parking lot. Active 24/7 I have to (and want to) keep my guests safe! Blocking, tampering with, or disconnecting security camera equipment or internet/Wi-Fi equipment is grounds for immediate, non-refundable cancellation & you may be charged a $300 fee.Condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly.
