The two guest rooms share a bathroom connected to the pool. The large LR, Dining area, and kitchen are in the center, all with sliders out to the screened lanai.This is a quiet family neighborhood. We ask that you refrain from loud music at all times. Treat our home like a serene quiet retreat.This is a quiet home, home-filled neighborhood. We provide bikes to ride around or drive to restaurants and stores. Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway only. No street or yard parking is allowed.Beautiful lakefront view, with a saltwater heated pool. We provide everything you need for a fun-filled getaway except your suitcase and toothbrush. We provide bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing, beach gear, and more for your enjoyment.No Pets, No Events, Private Quiet Neighborhood, No noise after 10 pm. Please take trash cans to curb on Tuesday nights. Driveway parking only, no parking on the street or grass.
