Cute and comfortable home with pool table! Large lot with awesome patio area for grilling and enjoying the fire pit. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms will be available on main level containing queen bed, full bed, twin bed. (Not pictured: a full bed and twin bed will be moved into the blue bedroom for masters rental). A kids room with two loft beds is available if requested, but will otherwise be unused. Spacious walk out basement with queen pull out couch and half bath – to use as an extra bedroom. Plenty of room for air mattresses if needed. A separate room in the basement has the pool table, fridge, sink, microwave.We are adjacent to Riverwatch Parkway, which funnels directly into Masters Traffic for easy access to the course. Yet, far enough away to be out of the congestion when off the course. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Nice, safe area.
