It can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen has upgraded granite counter tops and a laundry closet with brand new washer and dryer. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 20 minutes. Stroll over the bridge onto Center Street and find all the restaurants and shops Folly has to offer! This location cannot be beat! The neighborhood has a gated entrance. *This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property** Clean Sweep does not allow pets.
