The living room opens up to a private patio which is located closely to the pool entrance.On the 2nd floor of this unit is the air-conditioned primary bedroom, equipped with a brand-new queen bed, flatscreen TV, courtyard facing balcony & ensuite bathroom. Beyond that is another full bathroom, the laundry area with brand-new washer & dryer & another bedroom with 2 twin beds. On the 3rd floor is an open loft area, with a full-size futon & TV. In addition to the loft, there is a small bonus room that has 1 twin bed in it for additional space. Relax or sunbathe from the rooftop balcony.Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Open daily in July and August. Closed after Labor Day.There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.State and local taxes of 14.45% apply. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
