Back door leads out to porch and large outdoor space featuring a heated pool, fire-pit area and propane grill.The lower level has a family room with TV, game table, dining set and bar with mini fridge. 1 bedroom (queen bed) and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds and trundle and sleeper sofa. Family room opens to outdoor sitting area.10 minute stroll to the beach or better yet take the golf cart (included with rental). Beach chairs and pool towels included. 7 brand new cruiser bicycles are also available.Pool opens May 5th 2023.
