Each room has dedicated USB chargers on the nightstands, white noise systems in each room along with black out shades in every bedroom.The property is stocked with floats, boardgames, cornhole set, along with stainless steel appliances.The heated pool & spa includes a large top step with pool loungers, two daybeds, two sun loungers along with a couch and end tables. A large outdoor grill is conveniently located next to the pool.Complimentary water bottles & coffee is provided.Guest Access:All areas of the house & back yard are available to guests. There is one locked closet in the living room that is used for owner storage.The Neighborhood:Great central Scottsdale location. Less than 5 minutes to high end shopping at the Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter, 5 minutes away from the Waste Management/Phoenix Open. Approximately 20 minutes to the nightlife in Old Town ScottsdaleOther Things to Note:Pool & Spa are heated at no additional charge and guests have full control over the heating. Pool can heat up to 88 degrees+ and the spa up to 104 weather permitting. There is no charge for the electric heater, but since it’s heat pump based it can only heat the pool/spa to about 20 degrees warmer than the average outside air temperature so we cannot guarantee the pool/spa temperature in cold months or when the outside temperature is dropping below 55 degrees at night. (Generally Late November-Mid March). We do have an option to use a propane gas heater for the pool to supplement the electric heater which can heat the pool up to the mid 80’s. The cost for this is $150/day due to the high cost of the propane. The propane heat is generally needed from November through March to make the pool/spa swimmable.A ring doorbell and exterior cameras that monitor the front door, garage and side access gate areas are installed to monitor for occupancy and for emergency situations.This property includes a noise aware system to monitor decibel levels of sound produced at the residence to ensure noise limits are respected (No actual sounds or conversations are monitored, it simply records noise decibel levels & alerts management if decibel levels are too high)There are no parties or events/get togethers allowed at this location. Outside quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. All outdoor music must be at a reasonable level during the day and turned off by 9PM.Once booking is requested and confirmed, a required e-sign document will be sent to you with additional terms/conditions along with the pool waiver for use of the pool. Booking is not finalized until we receive this e-signed document back.During summer the AC cannot be set lower than 70 degrees. On extremely hot days the ac may not be able to cool lower than 73-75 range until the sun goes down.Landscaping & Pool Cleaners are normally scheduled between Wed & Fri each week to maintain the yard & pool.This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is [SR#2023-00279].Interaction with Guests:We are available 24/7 via messaging. We are also local to Scottsdale so we can respond quickly to any issues that arise at the property.
