This is one of six private condos that are located directly on Bradenton Beach. The beach is just a few shorts steps away from your front door. The unit has been recently updated with new kitchen appliances and new bedding and furniture.The unit is next to the small 8×20 heated pool. Two chase lounges are provided for your sun bathing enjoyment, as well as patio furniture consisting of a table and 4 chairs.This is a seat alone unit and more like a small chalet than a condo/apt. with high Cathedral ceilings and central AC/Heat. It DOES NOT allow you to see the beach from inside the unit, but you might get a glimpse of the beach from your outside seating areaThere is also a large shared BBQ/patio with a charcoal and a gas grill for your cooking enjoyment. Charcoal and fuel are NOT PROVIDED. There is a gas exchange tank available if you prefer to use the gas grill.You do not need to cross the street or leave our premises to get to the beach.
