Ideal for up to 2 guests, with a Pack’n’Play available.Other things to note:- Please note that our condo is up to 2 guests maximum. You might see couches in the living room, but those are not sleeping arrangements. There are no extra bedding sheets, blankets, or pillows for additional guests.If you are going to do laundry during your stay, one washer load coast $1.25, and the dryer is .75 cents.- Boats, wave runners, all-terrain (ATV), commercial vehicles, motor homes and any trailers are prohibitedfrom parking anywhere on the property.Vehicles found in violation may be towed24 hours after third written violation is issued.- To guests with service and emotional support animals; We would LOVE to host you and your service animals. However, we are unable to do so. The main entrance to the building is a shared space for four separate condos where neighbors with allergies reside full-time.
