Poolside Paradise Villa – NEW Pool HomeA beautiful, well maintained 5 bed luxury villa in the gated community of Watersong. This home is ideal for families wishing to vacation together as it has three separate lounge areas (one located upstairs). Five spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen and a set of twins), 3 with en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with diner and separate dining room. Games room in the garage with pool table, foosball and darts and an air hockey table on the landing. A huge outdoor lanai, with seating and comfy loungers and a large private south west facing swimming pool and spa. Fresh linens and towels, including pool towels, are provided.Please note – prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver’s License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.Pool Policy: This home has a private pool – Pool Heat is available and is $30.00 / per day – must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather – temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay – must request for this in advance.
