Description

Charming Victorian oceanfront and beachfront cottage on private wooded acre. A private path lined with beach roses leads to the private beach.The cottage features a wrap around porch with rockers, beautiful potted flowers, and spectacular ocean views. The interior of the historic cottage has original beaded board reminiscent of the 1880’s. There is a large living room, dining room, kitchen and bath on the first floor. There are 4 bedrooms with two queens and 3 singles, sleeping 7.All rooms are tastefully decorated with antique cottage furniture. Occupancy is limited to 7 and no pets are permitted, nor indoor smoking.
