Double doors on the veranda open to spacious living and dining areas which feature hardwood flooring, built-in bookcases, a fireplace, and access to the rear screened porch. The kitchen includes ample storage space, a center island with brand new cooktop stove, and access to both the front veranda and the screened porch for alfresco dining. On the second level, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bath with two sinks, a separate tub, and a walk-in shower. The residence also offers two guest rooms with private baths and a third floor bedroom/tower room.
