Porch B – a peaceful oasis, with mountain views and hot tub.Welcome to the Porch B In Innsbruck Golf community. Nestled among trees, Porch B is part of a 2 unit duplex and can be both booked for a big group. Enjoy private views of Mt. Yonah from this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Relax in the hot tub (emptied and cleaned after each guest) fire up the BBQ grill, or dine al fresco in the outdoor dining area. Free in premise parking and a private entrance make this a perfect getaway. Walk to downtown Helen( just 1.2 miles away) or take a short drive to nearby attractions.Please notice that a security camera is located in the front porch, overlooking the parking area. The neighborhood amenities are for residents only. Guests can use resort amenities such as golfing and pickleballing upon reservation and payment. Fireplace season is October 15-April 5. This Unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed and the following breeds are restricted by the insurance company: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds.** We can sometimes accommodate early check in for an additional $50 fee
