Calypso Tower 3 is an amazing new property with stunning resort pool, cabana rentals, hot tub, fire pit, and views of the gulf. Calypso Tower 3 provides views of the ocean coastline, pier, and sunsets as well as views of Pier Park and all the activities therein.Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.These units are NOT direct gulf front, but do provide incredible vistas, from the massively deep balconies and take outdoor living to the next level. Unit 410 offers a king master with ensuite bath, Custom built bunks and second full bath in the hallway, custom kitchen with granite and this unit has been designed and decorated by Grace Interiors out of Birmingham. No Cheap furniture package here. Everything is custom and elegant.Unit sleeps 6 and is fully equipped with bath towels (but guests must bring their own beach towels), kitchen appliances.
