Not only does Southern Dunes offer a great 18 hole golf course but there is also a club house, restaurant, and full bar. There are three large community swimming pools, tennis courts, and a playground for the little ones, as well as a fresh water ponds. Prefer to stay in? Then stay home and enjoy your own personal Games Room with pool table!There are two large Living Rooms with plenty of seating and a formal dining with seating for eight people. All are perfect locations for those large family gatherings at the end of the day where you can discuss all of your day’s activities! The main Living Room also has a large Flat Screen TV with pool access.Master Bedroom features a Queen size bed, Flat Screen TV, and a Private En-suite Bathroom with bath tub perfect for soaking in.Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and a Private En-suite Bathroom.Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 Twin beds each with flat screen tv’s and share a bathroomYour villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.Swimming Pool: POOL FACES THE EAST. The relaxing pool area with massive pool deck is fully screened in with a private pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. The pool overlooks the beautifully manicured Golf Course with all of its natural beauty. Perfect for enjoying the sun all day! If you’d prefer you may also use any of the 3 community pools.
