The master suite features a queen size bed with luxury linens, soft comfortable pillows. The bath is accessible from the master bedroom, or the main part of the condo. Large soft towels are provided for your comfort.The sunny living room features queen sleeper sofa and is well appointed to give you that “beach” charm. A large screen TV and basic cable and are available for your use. Adjacent to the living room is an exterior deck with outdoor seating.The dining room has a table with seating for 2 and additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked; smooth top electric stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer and Emeril stainless steel pots and pans, silverware, glassware and dish place-settings. A wrought iron fence surrounds the property to ensure your privacy and security. Ample (fee-based) parking is available on the property as first come first serve. TRAILERS are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 available pools year-round (1 is heated), a hot tub, community center, charcoal grills and exercise lounge. And to top it all off, Babe’s Beach is right across the street, with access from the stop light at the corner of the property.All guests must check in with the Condo Management company upon arrival. Parking passes are included in your rental fees for ONE vehicle! Additional vehicles are $40-$50 per vehicle per stay (depending on length of stay) and include pool wrist bands for up to 5 guests.This condo is on the second floor.
